By using www.fnclabs.co.za you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Content is for general information about our automation packages for South African businesses.
3. Quotes and services
- Prices shown on the site are indicative package prices in South African rand and may change.
- Submitting the form is a request for a quote, not a binding order.
- A contract for paid services starts when you accept our written quote/invoice and pay the stated deposit (or as otherwise agreed in writing).
- Delivery timelines (e.g. “days”) are estimates and depend on timely access, approvals, and information from you.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm information you send us is accurate and that you have authority to act for the business named. You must not use the site to abuse, spam, or attempt to break security.
5. Intellectual property
Website design, branding, and content belong to FNC Labs or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Client deliverables (bots, scripts, workflows) are licensed/owned as set out in your accepted quote.
6. No warranties on the website
The site is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, FNC Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (including for gross negligence where applicable). Liability for paid services is as set out in your accepted quote/invoice.
